Project Description:
The scheme comprises the construction of a specialist housing facility for dementia care which consists of a two storey unit and two bungalow units for residents. In addition the project will also feature car parking, hard landscaping and a complex soft landscaping area.
Upon completion of the scheme, it will home up to 40 residents, whilst also creating between 40 - 50 specialist jobs plus management roles for the region.
