Cost Consultancy and Project Management
The project was formed of two phases. Phase one was the high specification Cat B fit-out of a new build commercial space at 3 Valentine Place and the other was a refurbishment of their existing office space at 2-4 Valentine Place. The works involved the adjustment and upgrade to the landlord M&E air movement systems and a small element of structural works to create a glass floor.
- Thames Water diversion works in Valentine Place during the works, meaning alternative logistics and site up strategy being developed.
- Phasing of works.
- Creation of a glass floor infilling the stair core void from ground floor to basement to create a feature.
