We are thrilled to announce that following our recent Investors in People assessment, we have retained our Investors in People Gold accreditation. Henry Riley was one of the first UK construction consultancy firms to be accredited with IIP back in 1998.
The IIP Advanced ‘Gold’ level is awarded to the top 26% of employers, and means that we are operating at an ‘advanced’ level in terms of how we invest in our people.
This fantastic achievement is a testament to our commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and our incredible team's dedication. It showcases our people-centric approach, fostering a positive and nurturing work environment especially against a backdrop of a pandemic and cost of living challenges.
We are rightly proud of this recognition, which reflects the collective efforts and hard work of each and every one of our people.
