RICS Awards 2022 Winner!
We’re delighted to announce that the St Regis Student Accommodation scheme for our Client Clare College Cambridge has won two awards at the RICS Awards 2022. It won in the revitalisation/refurbishment project category and the residential project category for the East of England.
The project saw the transformation of three student accommodation buildings no longer fit for purpose into new accommodation for both students and private rent, which was designed to blend seamlessly into the residential road on which it is situated, in keeping with local architecture and promoting local biodiversity.
Judges commented that the project 'has transformed a poorly performing energy inefficient 1930’s student accommodation, that lacked the requirements and demands of current student life by completely renovating the site and delivering cutting edge facilities, that were both efficient, safe and fit for purpose.'
We were really pleased to provide Project Management, Cost Management and Employer's Agent services to the scheme.
