Maidenhead town centre redevelopment. The scope of works included:
• 96 residential units to a shell standard.
• Five level new multi-storey car park.
• Public piazza area and open space / public realm.
• Extension / refurbishment of existing multi-storey car park.
• Major infrastructure works and realignment of the A4.
• 80,000 sq ft unit supermarket shell and fitting out.
• 600 space off site park and ride facility.
