Henry Riley LLP have enjoyed an excellent working relationship over the past nine years delivering over 500 extra care units with many more either currently under construction or in the feasibility stage.
During this time we have assisted Housing 21 in exploring innovative designs, defining a standard specification and enhancing aspects of extra care design to ensure the needs of residents and staff are met.
