Project Description:
The development consisted of 77 new build Extra Care apartments comprising 6 one-bed and 71 two-bed apartments along with communal facilities including; lounge, restaurant, hair salon, laundry, guest facilities, conservatory and activities room along with associated garden areas and external works.
The project adopted the use of modern methods of construction (MMC) through the use of Fusion’s light gauge steel frame/panelised system for all apartment areas.
