Project Description:
Henry Riley as part of the NAB (Victoria) approved consultant framework are working in conjunction with NAB to provide bank monitoring services for:
- Hawthorn East, Victoria
The construction of two bespoke and luxury adjoining residential development structures including basement parking, two levels above ground and lift access to all three levels, concrete slab foundations, concrete and steel frame with swimming pools externally and associated hard and soft landscaping. - Sports Facility, Victoria
The development consists of the construction of a new multi-purpose building including sports hall, classrooms and amenities, concrete slab foundations with Scyon Matrix wall cladding system, Xflam roofing panels with cupola and associated ventilation, and a timber sprung sport hall floor.
