Project Description:
The project comprised the construction of two blocks of student accommodation following the demolition of the existing buildings, along with the refurbishment and minor works to 108 Chesterton Road providing 85 student residential units (a mixture of en-suite rooms, studios and flats). Also included in this project was the construction of 14 residential flats for open market rent, together with all landscaping and associated infrastructure.
This project provides high quality and energy efficient accommodation to replace the existing outdated premises.
