- St Regis Student Accommodation
The project comprises the construction of two blocks of student accommodation following the demolition of the existing buildings, along with the refurbishment and minor works to 108 Chesterton Road providing 85 student residential units. Also included in this project is the construction of 14 residential flats for open market rent, together with all landscaping and associated infrastructure. -
Old Court
Refurbishment, conservation and extension of Old Court, a Grade 1 listed building, split over 3 phases, including works to the Porters Lodge, a complex extension to create a café backing onto the River Cam and refurbishment of kitchens, Fellow and Student rooms. Upgrading M&E services and reroofing the remaining three roofs in Collyweston.
