Project Description:

A series of impending lease expiry dates in London highlighted the need for office accommodation on a short terms basis. Although temporary, the space provided business as usual facilities for the business end users and comply with stringent M&E / IT requirements in accordance with the client's standard design guide.

Key Challenges:

  • Had to provide 82,000 sq ft of temporary (one year) office accommodation for a variety of end users to align with the client’s long term property strategy.
  • Balance spend on short term solution with the corporate brief and business user requirements.
  • Sectional completion to enable early occupation.
  • Achieve high occupancy levels through a combination of factors whilst delivering comfortable, functional space for defined end user groups.
