Cobalt 21 Offices, Wallsend
New office space accommodated up to 144 workstations, three IT/communications rooms, two phone rooms on each floor, five meeting rooms, three ‘focus rooms’ and staff welfare facilities. The spatial design also had the option for the creation of segregated cellular office areas on the second floor.
Derby, Pride Park Offices
The refurbished office space accommodated 153 workstations, two IT / communications rooms across three floors, meeting rooms and small ‘focus rooms’. The ground floor retained the main reception area and the remaining two floors were fully refurbished complete with furniture, fixings, fitting and extensive IT and data infrastructure, complete with associated additional cooling units.

Works to the ground floor accommodated 149 work stations, two IT/communication rooms, meeting rooms and two ‘focus rooms’. The main reception area was maintained along with a kitchen and breakout area.
