Project Description:
The project comprises the demolition of the existing single storey building on the Cambridge Science Park and the construction of a new, innovative five storey building, including a setback floor with a plant/office and a lower ground floor to provide flexible use as the office of the research and development laboratory space.
The scheme will be constructed from a full CLT frame and will be the tallest timber framed office in Cambridge. It will offer flexible, sustainable, high performing future proof office space.
