Plans approved for Upper Trinity Street, Digbeth

Plans have recently been approved by Birmingham City Council for Cole Waterhouse's Upper Trinity Street scheme in Digbeth.

The mixed use development will feature 900+ apartments, 6000m2+ of commercial space, a 133 room hotel, extensive amenity space and the provision of a publicly accessible green space.

Henry Riley are very pleased to be providing Project and Cost Management services to the scheme. Executive Director and Cole Waterhouse Client Manager David Ayres comments:

'We are very excited to have the opportunity to take forward to delivery a culturally significant scheme which will play such a strong part in the evolution of Digbeth, and more generally, Birmingham. Through our central Birmingham office, we have been involved in this project from the outset in supporting our client, Cole Waterhouse, on both project management and cost matters, and in collaboration with an excellent project team. We are very proud of what has been collectively achieved.'

We have had the pleasure to work for Cole Waterhouse on several schemes including most recently the prestigious First Way scheme in Wembley.

We look forward to seeing how Upper Trinity Street progresses.
