  • 8 + years post grad industry experience
  • Hold a Degree or experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong Pre-Construction experience in large scale city centre Residential private / build to rent
  • Strong Cost Planning
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Pre and post contract and cost management
  • Procurement and tendering experience
  • Client Facing
  • Able to work on multi-project fast paced programmes and support prestige clients
