- 10+ years post grad industry experience
- Hold a degree or experience in Quantity Surveying
- Has strong knowledge and experience across various sectors but with experience in residential projects ideally with experience of Extra Care / Assisted Living / Retirement Living
- Experience acting as Employers Agent
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Pre and post contract and cost management
- Procurement and tendering experience
- Strong Residential Sector experience
- Able to work on multi-project rollout programmes and support prestige clients
