  • Reception / Administrator experience –  essential
  • 2 years industry experience, ideally within professional services
  • Strong knowledge and current use of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, particularly numerically
  • Proactive approach, and strong communication skills
  • Keen approach to learning new IT packages

The role is to provide reception and administration services at our Birmingham office, in support of our small and friendly team of Quantity Surveyors/Project Managers. The work will be office-based, assisting in the smooth running of our office and in our varied project work.
